Right of withdrawal

At AskYellow, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Policy

• The product must be returned complete, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.
• If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation.
• Certain products are excluded from returns, such as products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken.

Procedure

Want to return a product? First, send us an email at info@askyellow.nl with your order number and reason for return. We'll then send you return instructions.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the error is ours (for example, an incorrectly delivered or defective product), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price (including the outward shipping costs) to your account within 14 days . We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise.

Warranty

In addition to the right of withdrawal, the statutory warranty naturally applies. This means that a product must meet your reasonable expectations as a consumer. For complaints or defects, please contact us at info@askyellow.nl .
