All our products come with a 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
- What is covered by the warranty? Defects caused by manufacturing or material errors.
- What's not covered? Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (such as drops or water damage).
- How do you make use of the warranty? Contact our customer service during the warranty period at info@askyellow.nl . Please include your order number and a description of the problem, including photos if possible. We will ensure a quick solution.

We do our best to provide you with the best possible service. However, there may be times when you're not satisfied. In that case, please always contact us first so we can work together to find a solution.
- How do you file a complaint? Send an email to info@askyellow.nl with your order number and a clear description of your complaint. We will respond within two business days with an acknowledgement of receipt and within 14 days with a substantive response.
