AskYellow Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Entrepreneur : AskYellow, the webshop that offers products to consumers via the internet.
Consumer : the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Distance contract : a contract whereby use is made of a distance selling system organised by the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from AskYellow and to every distance contract concluded.

Article 4 – The offer

• The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
• Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind AskYellow.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and confirms it by AskYellow.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

• The consumer can cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The term commences on the day after receipt of the product.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 7 – Delivery

• AskYellow will deliver accepted orders within 30 days at the latest.
• If delivery is delayed, the consumer will receive timely notification.

Article 8 – Warranty

AskYellow guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

• Complaints must be submitted fully and clearly described within 7 days of detection via info@askyellow.nl .
• AskYellow aims to handle complaints within 14 days.

Article 10 – Applicable law

Agreements between AskYellow and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
